this is a diabetic banana cuppies for my husband who had type 1 diabetic and insulin dependant ... its so delicious .. i used my favorite banana recipe cake .. without adding sugar instead i use Fifty fifty low glycemic sugar for diabetic and for the ganache its a sugar free chocolate with a plain whipping cream... still it taste heavenly ....
