mini blueberries pies....

this is my first blueberry mini pie ,i made this for the couples meeting for ICA macau,my speciality are apple pie and chocolate banana pie .. ,i really like my pie crust recipe,so i've been thinking about trying to do any other fruits pie ... then blueberry are my choice ,and i satisfied with the final result... it taste just RIGHT ... not too sweet,not to sticky,and ... just perfect to my tastes... when i bake it,i could smell the sweetness of the bluberries all over my kitchen ...

i made this chocolate oreo cake for vivi's birthday ... we celebrate her birthday in the church,i'm happy because she really likes the cake ...i used best quaility chocolate .. seriously .. i cant deny ...good quality chocolate will transform ordinary cake into a super flavor luscious moist and yummy cake.. i'll recomend u to find a good quality chocolate for your homebake needs... u will see the different..

today is a very fun day ....because someone came and brought me cupcakes as a gift.. YESS ... a cupcakess for ME!.... she made it herself... can u imagine ... a 13 yrs old girl made her cuppies from scratch,i was amazed ...

i never imagined someone would give me a cupcakes as a gift .. since they knew i made cakes or dessert almost everyday ...

i will share the picture of her cupcakes ... it is a ginger cuppies with a vanilla buttercream frosting ... if u asked me ... "do u like the gift bon ??...." i will answer ... "I LOVE MY VALENTINES GIFT" ... i love it!

i'll tell u a little about this little lady ... her name is Soda ... she is malaysian who lived nearby,... in a short time we become very close to each other... i take her as my little sister... and the good things is we share the same passion .. baking,cupcakes etc.... so oneday i'll promise her to teach her alot of things about cake decor...

ChocO-NuteLLa sandwich

i found this recipe and deeply in love with this very easy and yummy cookies ever since ... and all the ingredients are always in my pantry .... u should give it a try .... here is the recipe


ingredient:

2oz cold butter (chopped)
1/4 icing sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
2 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp nutella(to sandwich)

direction:

preheat oven 180 celcius

process all ingredients in a food processor until soft dough form

wrap in plastic put in fridge 30 minutes

roll teaspoonfull of mixture into ball,place on baking trays lined with nonstick baking paper,and flatten slightly (u can use fork to flatten it to make it more pretty)

bake for 7-10 minutes and cool on tray

sandwich with a Nutella
