its been a while i didnt write about myself... i'm so glad that i can be more closer to my customer ,i would like them to know me better ... well at the moment i'm 7 months pregnant,and yes ... Its A BOY again! heheh ... baking its a bit exhausting things to do while u are pregnant ,but then i just cant help myself for not baking anything ,,, :) ,my baby due on october i am so happy ...

i just came back from australia ... i thought that i could join a cake decorating class in sydney ,at least once ,,,, apparently there is no free time left ...

i've been baking for about 3 years now... and i'm so glad and thanks God that i found my passion ... and increasingly in love with baking ... well thats it for now...

comfort choco pot

here i want to share my favorite choco pot .... its very easy to make ..

here is the recipe for 2

30 gram bitter sweet chocolate

22 gram butter

1 egg

32 gram sugar

18 gram all purpose flour

melt butter and chocolate,beat egg ,sugar and flour,

slowly fold into the chocolate and butter then bake for 180 celcius for 8-12 minutes

enjoy!!!

this doule chocolate cake was made for my friends sylvia and cris's son Mateus birthday party .. it was a last minute since i only have 1 day to finish the cake ,, so i came up with this very simple double chocolate cake with lil decoration fondant figurine ... i'm glad they really like the cakes ... anyways who doesnt loves chocolate ...:) happy birthday Mateus!!
