aku baru sempet upload foto foto nya ke blog .... everything sold out... including my cupcake cone ... and the big hit was my "giant cookies" seneng bgt liat anak anak kecil yang happy bgt beli cupcake dan cookies ... beberapa dr mereka balik sampai 3 kali untuk nyobain semua rasa ...aku dapet 2 hari untuk bake sale,hari pertama semuanya sold out,hari kedua JUGA ... happy bgt ,cupcakes ku jadi hit di bazaar itu ... seneng bercampur capek .... aku bake sekitar 350 cuppies from scratch,sampe decor sampai fillingnya sendiri ... tapi pas semua nya habis ... capek nya langsung kebayar ....:)

Chocolate souffle

this is my first chocolate souffle... i got this recipe from one of my dessert books ,i was pretty nervous when i make it .... :) i didnt have ramekins ,jadi harus keliling ke toko alat alat baking ... ahirnya nemu juga di Ing-re-dients toko bahan kue dan alat alat dapur yang letaknya di 2nd floor Ranch Market kebun jeruk ... well i must say this is one of my favorite shop too ..they sell alot of cute and fun stuff for kitchen aswell...two thumbs up for such a small shop with lot of interesting products...

i was so excited ....aku timbang semua bahan hati hati bgt ... abis takut gagal ,maklum..:).. setelah kelar ..."blammm..." masukin deh tuh ramekins ke oven .... and "yiiihiiii" chocolate souffle ku jadi .... dan empukkkkkk bgttt ....the chocolate was very rich and i have to say this recipe is really good ..... :)

i'll post the recipe as soon as i have time to post it... :)

FLORANCE bunny cake

flo is my favorite lil niece..she is cute as button ...tiny lil girl ... her mom Wilda called me 3 weeks ahead to make an appointment .. she doesnt have any clue for the cake theme ... so i decided to make a bunny cake and bunny cuppies for my lilttle cutie Florance .... its a chocolate cake with choco ganache as always .... and the cuppies is a vanila topped with chocolate fudge ... i use fondant for all the decoration ...

diabetic cupcakes for pierre

this is a diabetic banana cuppies for my husband who had type 1 diabetic and insulin dependant ... its so delicious .. i used my favorite banana recipe cake .. without adding sugar instead i use Fifty fifty low glycemic sugar for diabetic and for the ganache its a sugar free chocolate with a plain whipping cream... still it taste heavenly ....
